ONE OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA’S BEST PUBLIC ACCESS GOLF COURSES
The 27-hole championship Steele Canyon Golf Club was personally designed by Gary Player with respect and appreciation for the natural beauty of the terrain. Each of the three nines offers a distinct environment and type of play for all levels of golfers. The rugged Canyon Course’s dramatic shot making challenges and breathtaking elevations are balanced by the Ranch Course’s winding fairways through the fields of a working ranch, and the Vineyard course’s beautiful woodlands, streams and working vineyards stretching along the valley floor. As one of Southern California’s finest golf clubs, Steele Canyon has been awarded Golf Digest’s Four and a Half Star Rating, one of only three golf clubs so honored in San Diego County.
“Loved everything about Steele Canyon – friendly and helpful staff and wow what a golf course – great condition, greens are fast and challenging but very well kept, some amazing views around Ranch particularly – all with Californian sun – what’s not to like?! Would love to play Canyon – next time!! 5 stars.“
